Outright Purchase
- No cash refunds
- Defective devices replaced per warranty
Rental Plans
- No refunds once service starts
- Defective devices replaced at no extra cost
- Early termination may incur penalties
SIM Renewal & Subscription
- Outright Purchase: yearly renewal via dealers or Customer Care
- Rental: included in plan
Delivery & Installation
- Dealer installation or doorstep by appointment
- Rental: installation included per plan
- Relocation/replacement may incur charges
